Shipping is FREE for all orders over €399 to Belgium. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other offer.

All available items are dispatch within 24 hours after paymemt has cleared. You will receive an email confirmation of shipping. In the unlikely event, should any item be temporarily out of stock, we will advise you as to when it will be available and you have the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.

Packaging and product must be immediately inspected upon arrival. Any damage to product due to shipping must be immediately reported to the shipping company and to Barefoot Saddles.

Any customs or import duties outside of the European Union are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Please contact us for more information on typical costs.

Returns
You have 14 days to view the items that you have purchased. The start date of this 14 day period is on the day that you receive the goods. If you wish to return any item, you must make first contact with us so to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Items must be returned in the original packing and in an unused state. Refunds cover 100% of the purchase price of the item; they do not cover any shipping and handling charges. Items that have light use (excluding pads and maintenance items) may also be returned in this said 14 day period. You will be refunded 90% of the purchased price. (These items are resold with a 10% discount) Please return the items through a trackable and insured shipment method.
